Failure to download SLE-15-SP3-JeOS-GM images

Fails to fetch any SLE images.

I am hijacking this issue since I have the exact same issue but with SLES15 SP4 JeOS images when deploying HEAD.

@nodeg IMHO this is different issue, not the same you have.

In his case it's a network issue, not a 404. And in his case he's using a SP3 image, not SP4.

Even if we fix sumaform to point to the right SP4 image, that wont' fix this issue.

@otuominen keep in mind you need to use a VPN to SUSE. With the VPN I can curl http://mirror.suse.cz/install/SLE-15-SP3-JeOS-GM/SLES15-SP3-JeOS.x86_64-15.3-OpenStack-Cloud-GM.qcow2 just fine.
