Is it possible to organize the destination files based on the subreddit in question?

I'm thinking in terms of separate folder structure where the output files could be organized.

Maybe something like:
orca-output/gaming/comments.txt (or perhaps JSON, idk.)
orca-output/gaming/saved_permalinks.txt (or perhaps JSON, idk.)
orca-output/gaming/submissions.txt ((or perhaps JSON, idk.)
orca-output/gaming/upvoted_permalinks.txt ((or perhaps JSON, idk.)

Thoughts?
