schemasProject repo cleanup

Hello @gerontakos

I may prune schemasProject in the coming weeks/months, downsizing to only files I plan to continue using / maintaining.

I want to make sure you have continued access to uwlib-mig and uwlib-cams repos as an 'outside collaborator' once you no longer have an active UW NetID. You will be able to access pruned files through the commit history, but I want to let you know in case you'd like to download files/fork/clone/etc. before pruning takes place.
