RDA Registry provides readable IRIs called lexical aliases for every class and element.
<http://rdaregistry.info/Elements/c/C10001> reg:lexicalAlias <http://rdaregistry.info/Elements/c/Work.en> .
reg:lexicalAlias is defined as a subproperty of owl:sameAs, so an alias IRI could be resolved to a corresponding P number IRI.
