Test run_no output model

I was able to finish running the example prediction (rf2na.sh, ../run_RF2NA.sh rna_pred rna_binding_protein.fa R:RNA.fa) with no error messages after compilation. However, I did notice that there is no model files in the model folder. And the log files hhsearch.rna_binding_protein.stdout, hhsearch.rna_binding_protein.stderr, hhsearch.dna_binding_protein.stdout, hhsearch.dna_binding_protein.stderr are empty. Has anyone encountered similar issues? If so, how did you all fix it?

Hi, for the sake of clarification, do you mean ALL the log files are empty? Because for me hhsearch'es are also empty but others should contain some INPUT, OUTPUT files
