hibImport issues

I build the hipImport with gradle but when i use the hibImport tool to create a HIB from a collection of images ,nothing happens ??!!!

Yes, but i have another problem, i integrated Hipi in eclipse project , but there an issue that i cant resolve it even i added all necessary jar files .
This is the error " metadata.getDirectories() " ;
