As a product specialist, so that I can better manage and maintain test cases, I need a solution that helps me manage test cases for DAWSON.

AC

can track pre-conditions
import / export capabilities
possibility to trigger automated tests
easy integration / linking into github issue between test case
easy integration / linking into github issue between test run
tracking of date passed, who ran it, environment, etc.
level of effort / how long it took for each test run (reported for test cases)
