Submission guidelines for codes that are not (yet) open source #1235

@wd15, I can't remember what was decided about accepting benchmark results from codes that aren't currently open source. I'm hoping to upload some results for the MEUMAPPS code at ORNL before the next workshop, but the version of the code that I'd be using isn't open yet. Any reason not to upload the results?

I'd vote for uploading, along with input files, version numbers, etc. as feasible to make it reproducible by anybody who as access to MEUMAPPS.

Please upload! As Jon said, the code/framework need not be open. We do want to collect sufficient input files and metadata so that other licensed users of the software stack can follow what you did and (hopefully) reproduce your results.
