Correct Stonewall anticline weights

It looks like the weights for the Stonewall anticline in the goedetic inputs were copied from the 2008 orwa_c.in file where the GR and CH branches each got equal weight. The weights should be updated to match those in the geologic model files (0.75 and 1.5) such that 2/3 and 1/3 scaling for GR and CH at the file level leave the reverse Stonewall structure getting 50-50 weight for GR-CH.
