Is your feature request related to a problem?

In usgo/gocongress#228 (comment) @neagle stated:

there are important problems with using the placeholder attribute that way

https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2018/06/placeholder-attribute/

The AGAGD search uses the placeholder attribute, and it is subject to these issues stated within the smashing magazine article.

Describe the feature you'd like to see on the AGAGD.

The removal of placeholder for new beta configuration, addition of a label or another alternative to the placeholder attribute which provides accessibility and language support.
