Test Voltage Differential
Test to see if value comes out of PI after connecting load cell
Calibrate Load Cell with PI connected (try to get appropriate lbs out of it)

Testing done with the load cell when not connected to the amplifier. Once the amplifier has been purchased the load cell can be properly tested.
