Upload imgs and other files directly in Resources page

Describe the solution you'd like

It is very very boring that images are showed as attachments. I know that img link can be inserted, but they are still laying in attachments.... This can be settled if they can be uploaded in resources page, independent of any article.

I know how to insert the image as a link in the memo, but what I want is after inserted, the image will not displays or laid in the attachment anymore.

All good. The previous requests for this did not get much traction. I'm adding the links to try show that this feature has been asked for a couple of times. Issues get auto closed after 4 weeks and it makes it a bit harder to tell if the feature is popular through reactions.
