Describe the bug

The system language is switched from Chinese to English, but some menus tips are not switched

Steps to reproduce

1.set the language to English
2.some menus tips are not switched

The version of Memos you're using

0.23

Please change the browser language and restart it.
By the way, I don't think it's a bug.
