Using Jump start config as described by module in README.

https://git.drupalcode.org/project/search_api_solr/-/tree/4.x/jump-start/solr8/config-set

Why ?

Because current solr config at images/solr-drupal/drupal-4.1.1-solr-8.x-0/conf is old as last update was 3 years back.
