Open relevant 'Settings' menu when Collection or Folder is selected

Describe the feature you want to add

Currently when I click on a collection or folder inside of a collection, nothing happens. In order to access the collection or folder-level controls, I need to right click and select "settings". Can the app just open the collection or folder settings when clicking on the relevant item?

Many users are unaware you can set collection or folder level items due to this navigational issue.
