Put Collections Inside Folders?

New user here - apologies if there is a way to do this, but I can't find it.

I want to be able to create a top-level folder and put a set of collections (all for one client) into that folder. With Collections as the top-level item, all my collections for my different clients are all jumbled together. I would like to create a folder for each client, and then have all of that client's Collections inside that folder.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
