Fix ResellerClub contact creation for certain TLDs

Currently for .ca domains (and likely for all the other TLDs listed there in the docs) when trying to update contact details we get back registrantcontactid-ContactType=Invalid domainName For Given ContactType. According to the docs for .ca domains we need to set contact type to CaContact
