look on the internet for XDS500 and XDS1000 debugger, and check common connectors
See if the are twist-proof and may add the connector

See if any disconnection of on-board XDS100 debugger is necessary if external one is used
if yes, add a switch on the PCB what can disconnect the on-board debugger easily
