As of 2021-09, users can set their email to allow sign-in if they're been added to the CMDR Dashboard system.

Now that others can log in, they should have features.

Proposed Features:

Fleet Carriers
- an FC owner can register their carrier.
- They can add something like FCMS to their EDMC or EDD and update the USC database automatically. (this will require an addon to those applications.
Builds
- They can edit/delete their own builds after adding them.
