Bug: Can't Deselect "All" sections

After initially adding the field within a matrix block and then attempting to add the field to additional blocks, the checkbox "All" is displayed without any of the listed sections or entry types below it.

Upon saving the matrix field (with just one block containing the field) and then attempting to add an additional field to a new block, sections and entry types are listed below the "All" checkbox but the checkbox is now uncheckable.

The above issues just occur for any additional matrix blocks containing the fields excluding the first one that was added.
