The problem

currently i have to bookmark or remember or lookup the URL chrome://ungoogled-first-run
to see the first-run page

but "random access" to the first-run page is useful to answer basic questions
like "how to install extensions?"

Possible solutions

make first-run page reachable from About Chromium menu

expected location is the About Chromium menu
where we explain differences from upstream chromium
