[FEATURE REQUEST] Always Display Widget

Purpose:
Currently, the FluentFlyout widget is only visible when an interaction with the media or volume keys is detected. However, some users may prefer to have the widget always visible on their screen for quick and constant access to media controls.

Description:
Add an option in FluentFlyout settings to allow users to make the widget always visible. This option could include:

• An "Always on Top" toggle in the settings.
• The ability to choose where the widget should be displayed at all times (e.g. a corner of the screen).
• A transparency or auto-minimize option to avoid cluttering the screen.

Additional context:
In addition to being functional, this feature would bring an aesthetic aspect to the desktop, displaying media information continuously and elegantly. A subtle animation to show or hide the widget when needed could improve the user experience.
