Issue Description

Initial experiments have revealed some remaining bugs in 0.4.1 that might require a 0.4.2 release to allow testing to proceed.

• There's a typo in DCC ConformityAssessment.AssessedFacilitie should be AssessedFacility
• untp-core:Facility and untp-core:Party still have "description" in the context - but this term is protected by the parent W3C VCDM context and so must be removed.
• IdentifierScheme has an empty @context (because it only has a few terms that are already VCDM protected. But empty contexts can be interpreted as error by some JSON-LD processors - so empty @context should be removed.

If anyone finds new blockers that prevent use of 0.4.1 for testing then please add them to this ticket.

@nissimsan pointed out LOTS of typos in the class and property descriptions. Will fix.

Sample & Schema for facility don't comply - it's to do with GeoJSON representation.
