`unlcdv:functions` should be spelled in singular #186

All RDF props should be in singular, although they naturally admit multiple values.

You can see an illustration at unlocode.jsonld doesn't define prefix unlcdf #182 (comment): there are 3 values of the same prop, but each of them is a single value, so should be called unlcdv:function
If a certain UNLOCODE has only one function, is it ok to call the prop functions?
