https://service.unece.org/trade/uncefact/vocabulary/uncefact/ offers a direct download of the ontology by link (https://service.unece.org/trade/uncefact/vocabulary/uncefact.jsonld).

https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/about and https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/unlocode-about offer download with content negotiation, eg
curl https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/unlocode# -H 'Accept: application/ld+json'

But I think it would be nice if they also offer direct download links, eg https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/uncefact.jsonld and https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/unlocode-vocab.jsonld.

They already offer direct download of the contexts: https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/unece-context.jsonld
https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/unlocode-vocab-context.jsonld
