The WGTS RNA Glue Service will replace the following stacky services:

  • kwik (QC to WTS)
  • handy-pal (WTS to oncoanalyser RNA)

Each stage pushes an event which is collected by the WorkflowSync service.

The workflowSync service relays on the WorkflowRunStateChange READY event and then waits for completion. Once complete, the workflowSync service releases the 'task token' allowing the step function to continue onto the next stage.
