v1 docs availability

First of all thanks for umami, I love it a lot!

I have been using v1 for a while now and I don't want to upgrade to v2 for some time.

Are the v1 docs easily accessible on a subdomain or a path?

You just have to go to a page with /docs/v1/..., like https://umami.is/docs/v1/getting-started. @mikecao Are you interested in having some sort of button to toggle between versions? It'll be helpful for versions in the future as well - happy to implement it!

Sort of what Chart.js has, but not for every version? You could put it above the table of contents/menu.
