events.out.tfevents.[laptop_name] file appears in the runs/train/exp repository after the training of YOLOv5 is done in Jupyter Notebook

As mentioned in the title, this file which I've never seen before appears in the repository. Inside this file says that this file is not UTF-8 encoded. Saving disabled. See Console for more details. And i dont think the code is having any error, because I can run the code in Google Colab, just that Colab is out of GPU usage, so I change to Jupyter Notebook, but it show this error, I have no idea on it.
