How can i detect the background object

I tried yolov3 on a sample image

and it detected
448x640 1 person, 1 dog, Done. (1.351s)

This is pretty good, but it would be great if it can detect the grass in the background as well. Any tips on how i can detect the background object as well ?

Ideal output i would like to get
1 grass, 1 person, 1 dog
