screenshotting element in fullscreen flashes element on screen

not sure if this is intended, but screenshotting elements in fullscreen mode makes the page disappear for a second, display only the element being screenshotted, and then goes back to the tab. what does this sequence of events look like from the website's perspective?

I probably worded this poorly. I should say does the screenshot show up as a dom mutation if there is some sort of tracker on the page for that sort of thing?
