Still to do on the judging page:

update timer stuff to new features added in the game queue (pausing, and finalizing working on refresh)
~~show a timer for estimated time to next match~~
beautify? (idk, but font size at least needs to be fixed. Simple css change)
documentation for future years' ease of setup
block starting a new game before the previous game is finalized
any other suggestions?
