V2.2.3 - Fixed default conf of nuclei and datatables for subs tab

• Fixed default configuration of nuclei
• Changed from accordions to datatable in subdomains tab on the web export
• Handle the "press enter to open in website" when there is no GUI on the OS

V2.2.2 - Web port added to nuclei scan

• Added detected web ports to the list of nuclei used for the scan
• Better host up detection

• Calibration of the detection of filtered ports
