Rework slides with limit rules

In the two decks on limits, there are a number of slides that summarize most common rules with limits. These slides are a bit cluttered and don't easily distinguish between trivial rules and difficult ones. Proposal: put 1-2 rules per slides, with a couple of simple examples for each.
