Updates to onboarding doc

We need to clear up the SSH portion of the AI cluster help.

We should also break it into two docs "Access" vs "Use" to make the documents more accessible / shorter.

Step #4 on SSH instructions needs to be done no matter what (the one that says if you used a passcode)
For WSL: you need to have SSH set up both in windows and in WSL.
For WSL: no git bash
