sorry to be "that guy" but I always like people to know what the intended license of the output will be when they join a WG 😄

specs aren’t code so no, not MIT.

Everything spec wise is the community specification license https://github.com/ucan-wg/spec/blob/main/LICENSE

some large companies and DIF folks wanted things IPR cleared so this should be all good to use.

this is a pattern we need to follow in all our WGs

and CASA should also adopt this set of tools.
