The following .md file is empty, might as well remove it.

Yeah, there are a couple of placeholder files, which are now safe to remove I guess, someone in need of a PR might take up the job. The blank Jupyter notebook and this.

can you share the address of the blank Jupyter Notebook you're referring to?

My understanding is that these example files are there for people to make copies and edit/enter their own code. Is that right @avgagliardo?
