Render an image inducing the concept of "waiting" (like a still spinner) when the current screen is pending a resource

Currently a text is rendered when docker/update-manager/etc are waiting to update their state, sometimes this text is seen very quickly and the resource becomes available immediately and it causes a quick meaningless flickering on the screen that may be confusing for the user. Showing an image instead of a piece of text has the benefit that the human brain can immediately perceive "it's pending something" and the short-live frame would make sense.
