Uber signing certificate revoked - resign code #981

Due to a security breach, our Uber signing private key was compromised around October 14, 2023. The key has now been revoked, and a new key generated.

Please resign and redistribute any Sonotype/Maven artifacts, so that they do not fail automated testing.
