Can anyone please help with the monitoring params that needs to be taken into account while using it with postgresql apart from the ones available on cadence public website.

We don't have PostgreSQL specific metrics since we don't use it internally but we have persistence metrics that we monitor and that will tell if there are issues with persistence. We can share them if you are interested in.
Postgres specific metrics would be more related to Postgres than Cadence.

      How do these  getting utilized in your internal setup. are these per pod connections ?

Sorry I'm not really familiar with this config at the moment. You might want to try and monitor. You can also try raising an issue in that repo.
