Make "Help" Chatbot Available at a Global Level So It's Accessible on Other Pages (Ex: Layout)

There is a copy-to-clipboard feature on the /help page. It will be more helpful to copy and paste from the /help page and into the form on the /dishes page (for example). One solution is to make a drawer or some component to access the AI chat feature from other pages in the app (like at a +layout level).
