Explore the potential to integrate a CMS solution with the website that would allow for editing the website online as opposed to through Git (important for non-software members to be able to contribute).

The strongest contender at the moment is Decap CMS. This option should be explored and tested out. If it doesn't work out, some other options should also be looked at.
