Flickering on Windows 10 #288

VLC doesn't have ANY problem playing back 1080p or 2160p (4K UHD) video. Flickering is moderate with 1080p, but really bad with 2160p video.

There also hasn't been an update for Windows (10) in a really long time, I think an update is overdue.
