After the latest Gravity Forms update, AJAX forms are unable to submit at all but deactivating this plugin resolves the issue. Is this an issue for just me?

I have a submitted a pull request to resolve this issue. It appears that Gravity Forms now uses double quotes instead of single quotes on the submit button now.

@lkraav it actually sounds like it could be a duplicate, another plugin may have modified it to be a button instead. It just started causing issues the last few days.

@houstona it's actually unlikely that some plugin modifies element type (that's my custom approach), but Gravity Forms update certainly may have included something like quote type change. Sounds like something to discuss at https://community.gravityforms.com I feel like upstream should think about this as well.

In fact, upstream should make one-page-multiple-form-instances a core reality. There are multiple legit profitable use cases for it (e-mail capture forms, for one simple example).
