I often see in academic writing that people mention, when they cite, the original publish date of a particular a book, especially since the books mentioned have, generally, cultivated many editions over its course of life. Take the book A Short History of Linguistics by RH Robins, for instance. Its first edition published in 1967, of which is followed by 1979, and then by 1990, and lastly, the fourth edition by 1997. And it is cited as Robins 1997 [1967]. Is it possible to specify the original publish date using the Hayagriva file format and let it be picked up by Typst?
Many thanks, and have a nice year!
