On Ubuntu Server 14.04, the node.js command is nodejs, not node.

Hi @jpickwell,
I think it may depend on your linux installation. I use Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon 64-bit (it based on ubuntu) and nodejs command works as well as node. Both commands are presented. I used following binaries of node: https://github.com/nodesource/distributions. But I think it would work with others.
