Are there proper react native docs

This app seems to be over kill for me I want to make a simple app are there docs guiding what all changes need to be made in android and ios folder. This seems to be frustrating at this point as no docs is there after this point ->
yarn add @twilio/voice-react-native-sdk

What we have to after this where is all that explained or developers have to figure out themselves as I think a few things needs to be added to gradle.build for android but unable to figure that out
