Media connection failed or Media activity ceased when remote users disconnects

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect with one device to the room.
2. Connect with mobile device to the room.
3. Disable mobile data & wifi on mobile device
4. Wait 1 min
5. On mobile device you get Signaling error (code 53001), but on other device you get Media connection failed or Media activity ceased (53405)

Expected behavior
Other device should normally stay connected to the room - maybe just hide remote user

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS Montery 12.4 (MacBook Air M1, 2020) - desktop / 10 QKQ1.190910.002 Redmi Note 7 - mobile
• Browser: Safari 15.5 / Chrome 105.0
  (as far as I tested, this bug happens also in other enviroments - different devices/browsers)
• SDK Version: "twilio-video": "^2.23.0",
