Problem is in ContentCreateRequest class.
in method jsonSerialize

public function jsonSerialize(): array
    {
        return [
            'friendlyName' => $this->friendlyName,
            'variables' => $this->variables,
            'language' => $this->language,
            'types' => $this->types
        ];
   }

friendlyName need to be in snake_case
