When creating new record, for example a Person - cannot view the details

After creating a new person inline, when clicking on the person to open the full view, it loads, and pops an error message - cant exactly remember the full message, but something like Error with finding or connecting object id

so in list view, you can see the new record, when trying to edit in full view, the error pops up and you cannot see the record details, therefore not able to edit it.

Just as a note, could not do this on your server when testing the app, so I installed self hosting - and the same issue happened.
