The current test-suite is very ad-hoc, with no clear goal for every file. It would be nice if there was a little more structure to our test suite. I'm personally a big fan of GHC's testsuite layout: https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/tree/master/testsuite

Blocked by #386/#534 with query sharing (because splitting up the query files into many small ones doesn't seem like the right idea right now with our #539.
